Getting both makes a difference. You are not locked into one.MT5 is the industry standard. Full charting, automated trading, huge user base. If you have traded on MT4 or MT5 before, there are no surprises.cTrader is the more modern one. Better depth of market. Smoother chart interaction. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders like it better than MT5 after comparing.FIX API is available for algo traders but requires the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is apparently in the works. So your all-in cost can sit below 0.5 pips. That is cheap for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most platforms that have spreads this tight want $500 or more to open. This broker does not.VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, negotiated fees. Not something typical accounts. Skip it unless you move real size.Execution SpeedThe speed is the thing TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. That is not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers quote hundreds of milliseconds.Does this affect you? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The difference between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you hold positions longer, you probably will not feel it. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That signals something about priorities.Combine that execution speed with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get is strong. Few brokers at this price point offer execution like this.The FSRA QuestionNow, the thing that requires honesty. TabTrade is under the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a problem for you, look elsewhere. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.That said. The person running it came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup is expensive. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in Equinix connectivity. None of this guarantee anything.
